A&M Security and Support Services was established in June 2018, by us, Antonio Matafeo & Moana Solia-Matafeo. We are a husband and wife team. Antonio has decades of experience having previously worked for Armourguard, and acts as a mentor to our A&M Security and Support Services staff. He also has an active role in the business including undertaking on-site security field work. Having established our business to meet current market needs and requirements, we jointly manage over 50 security staff, guards, and support workers.
At A&M Security and Support Services we have provided security for many situations and environments, including:

Experience & Certifications
We have an established and experienced team of 50+ staff. For all our security guards they have a security licence, and have gained the Certificate of Approval (COA); they can complete a police vetting check as and when required
Their experience is quite extensive, with many having 10+ years of experience in field security, mobile patrols, and support services.
All guards have completed training in NZQA Security courses 27361, 27360 and 27364. Most of our security guards hold a current first-aid qualification.
